In this video I show the removal of the old Vinyl fabric from the seat & reupholstering process.
The foam seat appeared like it was glued to the old vinyl and was tearing the foam when I was removing it. I used a heat gun to soften the materials, to make them come apart easier without damage. I used 1/2 inch staples in a pneumatic staple gun, which I would considered a requirement, because using a standard hand or electric staple gun doesn't have the power needed to drive the staples into the seat plastic. The new Vinyl was purchased from a seller on Ebay in the link below. Installation of the vinyl is pretty east if you follow along in the video. Take your time, its not a race.

Any pneumatic (& maybe even battery powered) narrow crown staple gun can be used... I used this one:
Amazon Bostitch narrow crown staple gun

Any brand 1/2" x 1/4" x 18 gauge can be used... I used these:
Amazon Metabo 1/2" x 1/4" x 18 gauge Narrow Crown finish staples

Ryobi doesn't make a corded heat gun anymore that I can find. Any heat gun can be used, corded heat guns are usually cheaper. Variable temperature ones that can go very low to very high with a temperature readout is best. I recommend this one from Amazon.
