This film uses color sequences to depict the sensations of people taking hallucinogenic drugs, and black and white sequences for statements about the drugs and their effects by users and medical authorities. The unknown psychological and physiological effects of the drugs are mentioned. Users described their experiences under the influence of LSD-25 and the effects on their lives. The FDA emphasizes the dangers of the drugs and the need for caution and control until more is known about them.
