There is nothing quite like a Saturday morning long run in the snow. ❄️
In today's video, I’m taking you along for an 8-mile journey on the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal in the West Midlands. Starting near Kingswinford and Wordsley, we head out towards Stourton, catching that incredible low winter sun.
I’ll give you a quick intro to the route, and then we'll dive into 5 minutes of pure running POV. Between the "rays" through the trees and the crunch of fresh snow, this was easily the most picturesque run I've had all year.

Location: Staffs & Worcs Canal (West Midlands)
Key Landmarks: Wordsley, Kingswinford, Gothersley , Hinksford, Stewponey. Prestwood, Stourton.
