Amazing new garden railroad in Saint George Utah! 10 Car Union Pacific passenger train and a Marklin Big Boy!
Rick has three large loops of track in a beautiful large garden in the south west Utah desert. With three trains running, the stars of the show run on the large outer loop. First up an Acucraft 10 car, four locomotive UP passenger train. WOW!! F9 "covered wagon" locomotives in UP armor yellow. Eight heavyweight cars in "greyhound" paint and two more in armor yellow. WOW!!!
And then the monster takes the stage. A Marklin Big Boy in 1/29 scale. Weighing in at 60 pounds this UP monster has many DCC working sounds and features. Both stacks smoke, when the accurate sound "whistle" blows steam comes out from the whistle located just behind the twin stacks. When the lights are switched on the generator sound comes on and steam comes from the generator near the cab. When the cylinder cocks are opened from the DCC sounds steam shoots from the bottom of the cylinders. Amazing!!
