ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਚ ਸਤੰਬਰ 17 ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਆਹਲਾ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਰਵਨੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਪਰਚੇ ਚ ਦਰਜ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਮਤਲਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ । ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਉਸ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕੋਈ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਬੂਤ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਸਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।

Even though advocate Ravneet Kaur was named in the FIR registered by the Chandigarh police on account of a ruckus in the High Court on September 17, the police say there is no evidence to warrant the arrest of the lady advocate. Nomination in FIR does not mean automatic arrest, maintain police sources.
