Anda Ghotala Recipe | Surat Special Egg Ghotala | सूरत जैसा अंडा घोटाला कैसे बनाए | Egg Recipes

ANDA GHOTALA
Serves - 2 to 3

Course - mains/snacks

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp oil
Leela masala (green masala)
1 small bunch green part of spring onion
1 cup green coriander
⅓ cup peeled garlic
2 nos chillies
1 tsp oil
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp jeera

1 cup chopped onion
2 nos chopped green chillies
2 cup chopped tomato
1 tsp haldi
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp chilly garlic chutney
5 nos boiled egg yolks
1 tsp green coriander
5 nos boiled egg whites dices
5 nos eggs
2 cubes grated cheese

For pav
1 tsp butter/ghee
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
1 pinch haldi
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp garlic chilli chutney
2 nos Pav

Method
Boil 5 eggs, peel the eggs and keep the yolk separate.
Make a green masala by grinding spring onion, coriander, chilli, garlic, green chilli, oil, water, jeera and salt to a smooth paste.
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and cook it till golden brown
Add chopped green chillies and cook further
Add chopped tomatoes and cook till tomato mashed up
Now add haldi powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and cook it briefly
Add garlic and red chilli chutney with green masala and cook it nicely
Mix in boiled egg yolk and egg whites with chopped coriander
Add egg raw eggs and switch of the flame, add grated cheese and mix it well
Finish the dish with chopped coriander

For pav
Heat butter or ghee on a tawa
Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, turmeric, garlic chutney and chopped coriander and mix it well
Slit pav into two and grill the pav briefly.

Serve hot.
