Dr Nigel Robertson FANZCA

Dr Nigel Robertson is a current ANZCA Councillor and anaesthetist at Auckland City Hospital in New Zealand. He is also chair of the Professional Affairs Executive Committee and Director of Perioperative Services for Auckland District Health Board.

Nigel explains the administrative tasks he has to get through as part of his director role but how, simultaneously, he is scrub ready and prepared to administer anaesthesia for stroke patients at a moment's notice.
