Gather up some small pieces of fabric and let’s create together, the great thing about slow stitching is there is no right or wrong, any stitch goes. This is really beginner friendly, but if you have been sewing for years it’s just right for you too. Slow stitching can be so relaxing you find yourself focusing on the stitches and forget about the world around you for a little while.
Very mindful and good for our mental health.
