War 1812 and Tartary

On my channel, two major topics are raised that, at first glance, are in no way connected with each other. On the one hand, this is Tartary, a state that at the beginning of the 19th century disappeared from the maps and mentions of historians. There are many more maps of this empire from the 16th to the 18th century than maps representing official history.
On the other hand, the war of 1812. The united army of Europe, contrary to all logic, went not to the capital, at that time, St. Petersburg, but to Moscow. During 1812, the Great Army and the army of the Russian Empire trudged in parallel right up to Moscow. Battle of Borodino. Historians are still arguing over who won this battle.
