Inexpensive Powder Coating at Home? The Fluid Bed

This week we are attempting to powder coat our steering wheel castings with a DIY fluid Bed.

After several failed attempts, I think we are on to a workable solution using a 3D printed fluidized bed and no expensive tools required to powder coat the steering wheels for our kiddie carnival ride restoration.
