When you realise you haven’t spoken all day

This week, I realised I hadn’t spoken to anyone for a while.
So I did what any emotionally avoidant Brit would do — I went out for a walk, grabbed a Vietnamese lunch, and ended up watching Rachel Zegler sing from a balcony.

Along the way: some midweek musings, a Mahjong supper club, and a reminder that community can look like a lot of things — including a cup of tea and a Fox’s Viennese biscuit with you.
