3 Volkswagens roadtrip 4,000 miles to Yellowstone

4,000 miles - Kansas City to Yellowstone - 3 Volkswagens - And a group of great friends ---------- What's so special about this timelapse is that it shows our journey through multiple eyes. This is a compilation of photos taken by everybody in the group. Collectively we had well over 6,000 photos.

Technically we left from Topeka KS, which is an hour west of KC. I listed KC because it's more recognizable.

We set off on an 11 day adventure towards Yellowstone. We traveled through 6 different States- Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, South Dakota, and Nebraska. As well as visited 3 National Parks- Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, and Badlands.

Sleeping in the woods for 11 days straight was such a nice reset. It was a bit eerie being in grizzly bear territory, especially come nightfall when we had to make dinner. It felt like a mission to get food cooked and leave the area fairly quickly.

There were a few breakdowns along the way, but it led us to a cool little VW shop nestled away near Idaho Falls. We got to meet a guy by the name of Jeremy who had the parts we needed, and allowed us to replace those parts in his shop. He had a bunch of cool VW's lying around which he graciously allowed us to peak at. The name of his shop is @Volkswear and he has a Youtube channel with a bunch of cool Volkswagen content, go check him out!!

I want to thank my friends for helping make this trip possible. This was a trip I'll remember for my lifetime, and I'm glad I got to experience it with you all. I love you guys.
