Technique of packing Rosogullas at KC Das

Before pouring the Rosogullas in cans a worker checks the percentage of sugar with the help of a machine. Once he gets satisfied with the sugar percent, next step comes to put delicious Rosogullas in the sterilised tin cans. One by one all the cans are filled with Rosogullas.

All the workers of KC Das are wearing a mask and covering their head with caps to maintain hygiene. Behind him, other workers are busy with sterilising the tin cans and in the preparation of Rosogullas.
