"Born too late" was the biggest hit of the group of American girls called "The Poni-Tails". It was written by Charles Strouse and Fred Tobias. The song reached the number 5 in the list of singles of the United Kingdom, the number 7 in the Billboard Hot 100 and the number 11 in the table of R & B in 1958.
The video was created from a short movie of 1952 called "Young Man's Fancy".
