Dark Odyssey (FIRST EXTREME DEMON) | Geometry Dash

I finally did it! My first extreme demon has been complete :3! I first saw this level 4 years ago and only began going for it in February of last year (I KIND OF EXAGGERATED HOW LONG IT TOOK ME I DIDN'T MEAN TO LIE I JUST FORGOT I'M SORRY) before I completely dropped the game as a whole in March. I only started playing the game on and off again this year and played practice runs of all the levels I had progress on. I never planned to play this game seriously again as I had completely lost motivation and enjoyment of playing any level from 0. Eventually though, I started getting very low attempt counts on my practice runs since I had already learnt so many levels completely. After Bit Reaper (My first insane 2 weeks ago), I was choosing between a few levels on what one to finish (I have soooo much progress on a lot of levels now) but I decided to commit to this one after I got 79% out of nowhere (Off recording too I was not ready for that). So after that, for the past 2 weeks, I've been grinding the level whenever I had time to.

I really like this level for its design and whatnot, it's very beautiful and I think a lot of the parts are well made, but gonna be honest, the experience of playing this level was very bad. The start of the level is extremely boring and has some very gimmicky parts that are harder than they should be for seemingly no reason. Having to play for fucking 3 minutes before the level actually gets difficult was not fun especially since the first half isn't fun at all. To compare it to maxmodes, this is like Pizza Man if Pizza Man was bad.

I've heard this level doesn't deserve extreme and I disagree.

I had 11 deaths past 70% and each one of them were soul crushing since 63-69% is the most inconsistent and random part ever I literally could not find a way to do it 100% of the time it's so badly made imo. Any run past that I was incredibly shaky and nervous because I barely ever made it past.

I give the level like a 6/10 cause the music is good and the design is good there are just some really bad parts gameplay wise. And it's ass enjoyment wise.
