Ho Chi Minh City formerly known as Saigon is brimming with a lot of fascinating places to visit. Some of these can be explored on foot. Food and drinks are cheap and delicious. We tried almost all of Vietnam's famous food like Banh Mi, Pho noodles, Coconut coffee, Tra Thach Vai, Deep dried elephant ear fish, rice paper, and sugarcane juice.
My first travel bonding with my daughter here in Vietnam is truly one of a kind. Thanks to her for her keen ability using Google Maps which made everything easy. Google Translate is also our best friend for there is a language barrier. Anyway, the locals are kind and helpful.
Our day tour in Chu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta and the double-decker bus tours are some of the highlights of our tour. This is our third and last day in Ho Chi Minh, we may not have visited some places on the itinerary, but certainly, we had a fun and memorable experience in Vietnam.
