Haleem- Indian soup with Lentils, grains and meat
Serves 6 to 8
Ingredients:
Mix Lentils - 300 gr
(Mixed Broth, contains Pearl barley, split peas, split lentils, dried peas, pulses)
Red split lentils- 100 gr
Soak overnight and boil for 2 hours on medium heat.
Cheek if it´s cook then Blend (not to much), then reserve.
Lamb meat and bones - 1 kg
Onion- 2 medium size
Black pepper- 2 tbsp
Cloves- 1,5 tbsp
Garlic paste- 3 tsp
Ginger paste- 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder- 2 tsp
Cumin Powder- 1 tsp
Haleem Masala- 2 tsp
Salt- 2 to 3 tsp
Red chillie Powder- ½ tsp
For Garnish
Coriander leaves
Golden brown sliced onions
Lemon 4 pcs
Chopped Green chillies
