In this video, I did Amazon Flex during Sydney's recent rainfall which led to some areas flooding!
No one wants to deliver in the rain, which leads to less people working. But Amazon still needs to get the parcels out to you! So what happens is Amazon will increase the pay for shifts incentivising us drivers to Deliver despite the rain.
If you ask me... totally worth it!
