경애하는 김정은동지께서 2023년도 평양시 1만세대 살림집건설착공식에 참석하시였다
전진하는 사회주의,승리하는 우리 위업의 상징인 건설혁명의 불길높이 세기적인 변혁을 이룩해가는 당중앙의 탁월한 령도에 의해 인민의 꿈과 리상이 현실로 끊임없이 펼쳐지는 조국번영의 거창한 진군길에 수도건설의 장엄한 뢰성이 또다시 울려퍼지였다.

자립,자력의 기치를 더욱 높이 추켜들고 전면적부흥발전의 새 지평을 열어나가는 우리 국가의 무진한 저력과 휘황한 래일에 대한 인민의 확신을 백배해주며 2023년도 평양시 1만세대 살림집건설사업인 화성지구 2단계 건설착공식이 2월 15일에 진행되였다.

건설의 대격전을 선포하게 될 착공식장은 우리 인민이 제일 반기는 살림집건설을 제1차적인 중요정책과제로 내세운 당의 뜻을 충성과 애국의 실천으로 받들어 인민의 행복이 넘쳐나는 사회주의번화가를 다시금 보란듯이 펼쳐갈 군민건설자들의 격양된 투쟁열의로 세차게 끓어번지고있었다.

조선로동당 총비서이시며 조선민주주의인민공화국 국무위원장이신 경애하는 김정은동지께서 착공식에 참석하시였다.

김정은동지께서 착공식장에 도착하시자 전체 참가자들은 사회주의리상실현의 위대한 개척자,창조자가 되시여 인민의 락원을 하루빨리 일떠세우시기 위해 불철주야의 헌신과 로고를 바쳐가시는 우리당 총비서동지를 우러러 열광의 환호를 터치였다.

Another construction project was declared amid the dynamic advance for the prosperity of the country where dreams and ideal of the people are being materialized under the outstanding leadership of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea which has brought epochal changes in the flames of construction revolution symbolic of our advancing socialism and our victorious cause.

A ground-breaking ceremony for the 2023 project to build 10 000 flats in Pyongyang, the second-stage construction project in the Hwasong area, took place on February 15, greatly enhancing our people's confidence in the inexhaustible power and rosy future of our state which writes a new history for the comprehensive prosperity and development under the uplifted banner of self-support and self-reliance.

The venue of the ceremony where the grand construction campaign will be declared was seething with elated enthusiasm of army-civilian builders for struggle to proudly build another luxurious street of socialism full of the people's happiness by upholding with loyalty and patriotism the intention of the Party which set the housing construction, most welcomed by the people, as the primary major policy task.

Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, attended the ceremony.

前進する社会主義、勝利するわが偉業の象徴である建設革命の炎を強く燃え上がらせて世紀的な変革を成し遂げていく党中央の卓越した指導によって人民の夢と理想が現実として絶え間なく広がる祖国繁栄の壮大な進軍路に首都建設の荘厳な雷鳴がまた響き渡った。

自立、自力の旗印をより高く掲げて全面的繁栄・発展の新しい地平を開いていくわが国家の底知れない底力と輝かしい明日に対する人民の確信を百倍にしながら２０２３年度平壌市１万世帯分の住宅建設事業である和盛地区の第２段階の建設着工式が、２月１５日に行われた。

建設の大激戦を宣布するようになる着工式場は、わが人民がいちばん喜ぶ住宅建設を第１の重要政策課題とした朝鮮労働党の意を忠誠と愛国の実践で支えて人民の幸福が溢れる社会主義繁華街を今一度これ見よがしに広げていくという軍民建設者たちの高揚した闘争熱意によって激しく沸き返っていた。

朝鮮労働党総書記で朝鮮民主主義人民共和国国務委員長である敬愛する金正恩同志が、着工式に参加した。

金正恩総書記が着工式場に到着すると、全ての参加者は社会主義理想実現の偉大な開拓者、創造者になって人民の楽園を一日も早く打ち建てるために昼夜を分かたぬ献身と労苦をささげていく朝鮮労働党総書記同志を仰いで熱狂の歓呼を上げた。
