The drive from Munnar to Alleppey itself was breathtaking, with winding roads, lush greenery, and changing landscapes from mountains to backwaters. 🌄➡️🌊 Once in Alleppey, we boarded a traditional Kerala houseboat and floated through calm backwaters surrounded by coconut trees, local villages, and stunning waterfront views. 🚤🌿

We spotted beautiful houseboats, enjoyed freshly prepared Kerala seafood, and soaked in the slow, peaceful rhythm of backwater life — an experience that truly explains why Alleppey is called the “Venice of the East.” 😍 The sunset views over the lake made this day absolutely unforgettable. 🌅
