A Police Officer shouts at a driver to move out of the way for a high security CAT A prison convoy transporting a prisoner to HMP Cardiff Prison on blue lights and sirens! It is a rare sight to see an officer direct a car through a red traffic light, but was necessary due to the heavy traffic.
Other emergency vehicles featured include Police Cars responding on siren and lights from South Wales and Gwent Police, Fire Trucks and Engines from South Wales Fire and Rescue Service, and Ambulances and Responders from the Welsh Ambulance Service.
