Both ingredients are in season. Not only flavorful in taste but also the texture is wonderful. The crispness from the Bamboo shoot and soft Wakame makes a wonderful dish. Simple yet delicious!

150g Bamboo Shoot
50g wakame (rehydrated)
1 cup Dashi (240ml)
1 1/2 tablespoons Mirin
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce (preferably light soy sauce)
Young leaves of Japanese Sansho pepper ※optional
