The Legion of Boom (LOB) is the nickname given to the Seattle Seahawks defence. They are an unstoppable force who work hard both on and off of the field. This particular highlight video focuses on Earl Thomas (Free Safety, #29), Kam Chancellor (Strong Safety, #31), Richard Sherman (Cornerback, #25) and Michael Bennet (Defensive End, #72). Some consider the LOB to just be defensive backs of the Seattle Seahawks defence but I have chosen to include Michael Bennett also as he is an incredible athlete; who deserves a place in this highlight video!
