PS-12KX Pyramid Power Supply that I sold it new in the 90's and it was returned DOA. Can I fix it??

This is a Pyramid PS-12KX that I sold new when I had my CB shop in the 90's. It was returned and I didn't send it back for warranty replacement (it wasn't worth it to pay shipping both ways). I have had this in my garage for almost 30 years. I thought I would give it a go and repair it. You can never have too many 12 volt power supplies.
