Hunchback of Notre Dame Topsy Turvy Cavalcade - Disneyland 1996

Out of all the 90's parades and shows they had at Disneyland based on the animated features from that decade, (Beauty & the Beast, Aladdin, Lion King, Pocahontas, Hercules & Mulan) I think it's a safe bet most didn't know there was a Hunchback parade, well in this case, "Cavalcade". Technically this was the off season version of the amazing Hunchback show they had back in the Big Thunder Ranch area. They had the confidence in the film being a hit that they were able to mix up the offerings a bit since there was currently Lion King Celebration parade still going strong and soon to open the energetic Hercules Victory Parade. But during the slow times they offered up a slightly smaller and more cost effective offering of the latest Disney Movie. While smaller it still packed a punch and was a great time. It was the same cast for the most part as the larger and more serious toned theater in the round show, the only real difference this parade was the depiction of the 3 Gargoyles who weren't even mentioned in the main show, and the music was just the Festival of Fools tune, rather than the film's entire soundtrack.
