Every year, at the end of the winter, during Maslenitsa week, I make a lot of traditional Russian pancakes to treat my students of Russian. I have been asked numeral times to make a video about making blini, and I finally did it. Not only could you learn how to make blini, but also learn or review useful vocabulary on cooking. This video is good for practicing your listening skills. Recommended for the intermediate level.
