OVERLAND Vehicles, Camping Gear, Cooking and More - Desert Rendezvous

We had an amazing time at the 2019 American Adventurist Desert Rendezvous. My good friend Marco, a few close friends and I spent the weekend hanging out and socializing, taking a close up look of some well built overland vehicles, taking notes of what camping gear others are using and cooking up and enjoying some great camping food.

Marco's Overland Sauce:
16 oz nonfat Greek yogurt
1 avocado
1/2 bunch of cilantro
1 whole fresh jalapeño
1-1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 spoons of olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
3 garlic cloves
1/3 of a regular size onion
1/3 cup of water (add less or more if you want to change the consistency of the sauce)
Put everything in the blender
