Forza Horizon 5 - Golf R Is Now Better With The New Wide Body Kit (A-Class)

Forza Horizon 5 Series 12 update has released 2 new wide body kits, one of it is the APR Bodykit for the 2010 VW Golf R. And it completely changes and enhances the performance of the Golf R to be a very strong A-Class all-rounder!

2010 Volkswagen Golf R Wide Body A-Class Performance Review:
Without the wide body, the Golf R's performance is nothing special in A-Class. But with the wide body, it completely changes the car's performance. The most obvious being its incredible Aero & Downforce which gave the Golf R incredible cornering speed for medium to high speed corners.

Then comes the Golf R's strong low speed acceleration which allows it to have great exit speeds from low speed turns. However because of the strong downforce from the kit, the car does suffer when it comes to top speed as it the drag will kick in at around 150mph. So it does die out from very long straights.

Another weakness is the brakes and it is perhaps the car's weakest point. Remember to brake early for low speed turns and make full use of the car's acceleration at corner exits.

Overall a strong all-rounder for A-Class that will suit the Road Racing playlist but will struggle on the street playlist where the tracks consists of long straights where the Golf R won't have the top speed.
