I'm changing jobs and going freelance to boot: going from Operations manager to CI consultant & trainer. It's a big step for me, with new challenges and an emotional rollercoaster ride, but I'm sure I'll look back at it at some point and wonder why I didn't do it much sooner 😅
It can also be a great thing for you - I'll be available as Lean Six Sigma consultant and Continuous Improvement trainer, get lots of new experience and inspiration for more YouTube videos and I'll be working out my courses further!
