[鍾庭耀：需參考法庭判決界定「敏感日子」]

香港民研主席及行政總裁鍾庭耀強調香港民研奉公守法，但仍需參詳法律專家的意見及法庭判例，了解法例的界線。他表示「47人案」是重要判例，而未來會繼續觀察及等待法庭對其他與國安相關案件的判決。

鍾博士亦留意到近日有一宗起訴個案的關鍵詞為「敏感日子」和「煽動帖文」，而現時社會對此字詞的理解亦相當模糊，故他認為大眾需要清晰指引，知道法庭對相關界線的判定，才可避免觸犯法例。

President and CEO of HKPORI Robert Chung emphasized that HKPORI has always been law-abiding, but it still needed to understand the boundaries of the legislation by referring to legal experts' opinions and court judgement. He said that the "Hong Kong 47" would reflect important precedent, and he would continue to observe and wait for the court's judgement on other national security related cases.

Dr Chung also noticed that a recent prosecution included the terms "sensitive dates" and "seditious postings", while the public showed ambiguous understanding towards these terms. Hence, he believed that the public needed to have clear guidelines on the court's ruling on relevant boundaries, so that they could avoid violating the law.
