After our series of videos on St Mary the Virgin at Rotherhithe last week (start here • St Mary the Virgin Rotherhithe - The Buil... ) - I would normally follow that with a video about the life of Saint Mary. However, it turned out the next church out the box was also dedicated to St Mary, and the remarkable Fr Kevin Robinson covered St Mary's life as we looked at the treasures of this amazing and unique church.
More next week on the history and the building.
It's also my first (but hopefully not my last) non-anglican sacred space - St Mary at Our Ladye Star of the Sea is Catholic.
