Cycling along the tow path of the Skipton to Leeds Canal, some 30 miles, takes about 4 hours, if your stop along the way . It is the Skipton to Leeds section of the Leeds to Liverpool Canal. The tracks have been improved making for a smoother run. I suggest to take a mountain bike to tackle this run though
