It was just a pretty busy week because of what is happening around lately. Don't you just want to escape from it all and sit on your chair, relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy the view from a breezy porch? Then check out this One-story House complete with:
-Living Area
-Dining Area
-3 Bedrooms
-3 Toilet & Bathroom
-Kitchen
-Storage / Pantry
-Laundry
-Covered Porches
-Garden
-Pool
-Small Gazebo
-and a Multipurpose room that can be used as a Seating area, Extended Dining or even a bedroom.
The main house area is 125.23 square meters and the Multi Purpose Room is 38.43 square meters.
Equipped with high ceiling and large windows to bring in sunlight and create a good air circulation. The outdoor toilet's purpose is to serve the multi purpose room and the seating areas during times of visitors' stay. The house can be built without the multi purpose room as well and by removing it and one of the toilets will reduce reduce the house construction cost to 1.6M
Other things to consider:
The front yard and the back of the pool was supposed to have railings.
The roof material is clay tiles.
