With over 20 years of experience across various biotech sectors—including non-profit, pharma, diagnostics, and screening—Cynthia Lee has seen it all. Now, as the Director of Software Engineering at Myriad Genetics, she’s focused on using technology to improve patient care and outcomes, developing solutions that truly make a difference in people’s lives.
Cynthia is passionate about building inclusive, diverse teams and believes that bringing a variety of perspectives into decision-making (at all levels) leads to better results and industry-level change. She’s also a strong advocate for mentoring motivated individuals, helping them grow and navigate the fast-paced world of biotech and tech.
Outside of work, Cynthia is a mom of 2 young humans and 1 dog. She has a deep passion for camping, road trips, and riding roller coasters. She is counting down the days until her kids are tall (and brave) enough to join in on a cross-country roller coaster adventure.
