This video explains how I solved my problem with several French Clocks stopping at about 12.15 ish, being either due to the rack tail out of sync with the hour wheel or running out of "puff" - power - on day 6 or 7 - at the end of the week - and my fitting a new Strike spring to sort this out. My other video "101 French Movement Syncronising Strike hammer with the Time" has similar video and explains and shows the Strike Spring being fitted.
