The thing about Agent “Rei” is that he once made contact with the Reikgons. An encounter that changed him forever. Rumor has it he struck a deal with the devil itself, a pact that granted him the demonic powers now woven into his lore.

During the time this was recorded, they buffed the fog and broke the Evacuation Timer.. They added a lot of new stuff but.. New bugs..! Lots of AI cheesing! AI broken! Stuck behind fence!! Altho this was first try xddd

Now for the perk Apostle itself.. I have a lot to say. First of all, thank you to the dev for removing Theourgia's Hand equipping damage. Now Apostle can be played with less risk and I'm not sure whether if this was here before but you don't need to heavy attack to receive lifesteal. Light combo kill can lifesteal as long as you last hit it (They don't mark the enemies though). Now, Theourgia's Hand has maximum fracture debuff, meaning that melee enemies will deal little to almost no damage as long as you hit them once with the hand to debuff them. A hit is enough. That is also the reason why I picked Violent Tendencies over Impatient (i regret not eating tablet. level 2 without impatient is worse than PA Zealot run). The only issue you're gonna have is probably bleeding but can be mitigated with bandages and you're immune to both fracture and crippled (which is PEAK)

Even with some drawbacks, this perk is really fun if used properly. Peak AI cheesing.
