Pretty much everything was seized. Hammer was last resort for the valve adjuster cover. I'd tried a few things that didn't make it into the video so please don't think I just jumped in and started off using a vice instead of a wrench.
Phillips screws do not belong on an engine - I angled the dremel cuts so that I only cut through a small section going between two cooling vanes.
