Kelsey Rhae’s MLM Fast FAIL | Ketones, Lawsuits & $10 Income! 🚩

Kelsey Rhae has zero certifications in health, fitness, or nutrition… but that didn’t stop her from livestreaming a 24-hour fast and pushing Pruvit ketones as the answer. She claimed:
⚠️ “Supplements are a necessity for everyone.”
⚠️ “Ketones will help you survive fasting.”
⚠️ Lawsuits against Pruvit are just “lies from evil people.”

Here’s the facts you should know:

No Credentials: Kelsey is not certified in health, fitness, or nutrition. Her fiancé Eric is a NASM CPT, but with the advice he gives, he should probably retake the course.

Fasting Research: Studies link it to muscle loss, disordered eating, and high dropout rates. It is not the effortless fix she sells it as.

Ketones: I’ve had Pruvit’s powders tested twice for heavy metals, and the results were concerning.

Supplements: Food comes first. Supplement only when your doctor and bloodwork say you need it, not because an MLM rep says it’s “a necessity.”

Lawsuits: From sexual harassment allegations against Brian Underwood to a $235K court ruling for withheld commissions, the legal receipts are piling up.

The Business: Pruvit’s last income disclosure (2022) shows the median promoter earned $10.59 for the year. They haven’t released an update since. And now Herbalife has scooped up their assets, which only happens when a company is struggling, not thriving.

Add in rage-baiting scandals (the racist nail tech fiasco, unschooling, Christianity persecution content, Charlie Kirk clips), cult-like submissive wife rhetoric, and a rage-quit when she was asked about Eric allegedly using Men’s Health photos and you’ve got the MLM playbook in full view.
