How do you respond to the arrival of the King? In this Christmas message, we explore Matthew 2 and the story of the Wise Men to uncover the four distinct reactions to the birth of Jesus. While the Wise Men traveled miles to bow before Him, others in Jerusalem met the news with fear, deception, or total indifference.
Join us as we dive into the true meaning of worship—when God becomes real to us—and ask ourselves: Which of these four groups do we belong to?

The Rivals FEAR Worshiping Him: Like Herod, the world often hates the disruption of the King (John 15:18).
The Frauds FAKE Worshiping Him: Deception masquerades as devotion (1 Peter 5:8).
The Indifferent FORGET Worshiping Him: The religious leaders knew the scripture but ignored the Savior. As the poet G.A. Studdert Kennedy wrote, indifference is often worse than hatred.
The Wise FOCUS on Worshiping Him: True worship involves seeking, rejoicing, and bowing low before the King (Matthew 2:11).
