Not everyday is the same, some days I manage more, some days a lot less, for me moving mountains can be as little as making a bed, but if that's the only thing I did in a day then so be it, I have had to manage expectations a lot more this year because my strength and how much I can do with my breath, has become a lot more limited. Sometimes medications help, sometimes they make it worse, some days oxygen helps, some days it's just too bad for anything to ease it. But what I do, is always my best.
Thanks for watching as always, I really appreciate it and I know they aren't the most thrilling of vlogs but if they help anyone out there feel less alone in a similar situation then that's all I set out to do.
