This retirement home is your elder sims dream spot to spend their golden years. There are 4 modern tiny homes customized to each of the residents here. The back of the lot has a community center with tons of shared spaces for your retirees to enjoy. There’s a pool with a bar, community garden, game room, book nook, + more.

Elder sims do not get enough love in this game, but can have such fun & interesting stories to tell. With the cast of residents I made for this lot, you’re sure to have a blast playing through these sims retirement years:

Lyn & Skye are cousins / best friends who are retired influencer girlies
Esteban & Teo are our old gays who are a retired sommelier & author, respectively
Aspen & Bo are platonic buds who are all about living an eco friendly life
Tonya & Trey are the retired power couple who throw the best dinner parties
