Waqf Supreme Court Hearing: During the debate on the Waqf law in the Supreme Court, Singhvi also said that he has even heard that the land of Parliament House also belongs to Waqf. He asked the court whether the decisions given in the Ayodhya case are not applicable in this case? He demanded an interim stay on the amended Waqf Act and said that the amendment should not be implemented until a final decision is taken on it.

Waqf Supreme Court Hearing:सुप्रीम कोर्ट पर वक्फ कानून पर बहस के दौरान सिंघवी ने यह भी कहा कि उन्हें यह तक सुनने में आया है कि संसद भवन की जमीन भी वक्फ की है. उन्होंने कोर्ट से पूछा कि क्या अयोध्या केस में जो फैसले दिए गए, वे इस मामले में लागू नहीं होते? उन्होंने संशोधित वक्फ अधिनियम पर अंतरिम रोक लगाने की मांग की और कहा कि जब तक इस पर अंतिम निर्णय नहीं आता, तब तक संशोधन लागू नहीं किया जाना चाहिए.
