📍 Overall Thoughts:
As a whole, I found that LATAM business class experience fell a bit short in a few key areas. Firstly, the cabin crew were decent but didn't offer any personalized service nor were they overly warm. They just went about the motions. It was not especially proactive either. Secondly, the food was a bit of a letdown. The main meal was decent but the whole meal was served on one tray. There were no special touches like a dessert cart, etc. and only one option to choose for each. The pre arrival snack was especially disappointing as it was only a sad sandwich. The overnight flight is provided with a full breakfast which should be more in line with what I ought to have received. Seat wise and amenity wise, LATAM is strong, but the soft product falls short. For the cash fare paid, I think it was slightly worth it, but I would not go out of my way to fly LATAM again
