Lyrics:
There’s blood on my hometown
Where laws are forsaken
I’ve walked down the road of
Trials and tribulations
So beg me my pardon
Cause I need salvation
Don’t act like you know me
From false information
I’ve seen death it’s beautiful
I’ve seen love accept the broke
I’m not scared anymore, darlin’ darlin’
Ain’t no one gon' break my bones
I grew up with sticks and stones
Can you my conscious call
Callin, callin, callin
Life ain’t for wastin
This is my one and only
These boots I’m laced in
They’ve been from hell up to the stars (stars, stars)
They’ve been from hell up to the stars (stars, stars)
Can’t find a home when there’s no heart (heart, heart)
They’ve been from hell up to the stars (stars, stars)
I’ve been from hell up to the
My pa in a jailhouse
My mom workin’ late hours
Need to grow up a man now
No cuts no handouts
Now I’m running on cold flames
With the poison in my brain
Every blink is a life change
You see why my life changed
Cause I’ve seen death it’s beautiful
I’ve seen love accept the broke
See I’m not scared anymore, darlin’ darlin’
Ain’t no one gon' break my bones
I grew up with sticks and stones
Can you my conscious call
Callin, callin, callin
Life ain’t for wasting, now
This is my one and only
These boots I’m laced in, now
They’ve been from hell up to the stars (stars, stars)
They’ve been from hell up to the stars (stars, stars)
Can’t find a home when there’s no heart (heart, heart)
They’ve been from hell up to the stars (stars, stars)
I’ve been from hell up to the
If I lay down my soul to keep
Can Heaven wake me up
Cause I don’t know where I will be
But I know where I’m from
Life ain’t for wasting, now
This is my one and only
These boots I’m laced in, now
They’ve been from hell up to the stars
They’ve been from hell up to the

Harry Hudson is no stranger to defying expectations. The singer-songwriter and fast-emerging pop star embodies an unwavering self-assurance and wisdom well beyond his years. After surviving a battle with cancer, Harry has channeled his emotional roller coaster into supremely visceral and boundary-shattering pop music. On Harry’s 2020 sophomore album, Hey, I’m Here For You, he explores the importance of learning to be there for himself in order to be there for others. It follows Harry’s stunning 2018 debut album Yesterday’s Tomorrow Night, a highly personal, soul-infected batch of pop music which racked up more than 35 million streams and featured single “Yellow Lights” which reached the Top 10 on Spotify’s U.S. Viral Chart. In addition to the album, which was released via a joint partnership between Roc Nation and his and close friends Willow and Jaden Smith’s MSFTS Music, Harry also released the short film Can Cowboys Cry as a homage to his father who passed away earlier that year.
