This is a 45 Minute Yoga Flow - A steady & grounding practice for calm & clarity. Part 24 of the Ground & Center Series of classes.

Feel more grounded, practice your balance and instil a sense of focus and calm. This practice encourages you to move from a place of sensation not from habit or expectation & reconnect with your body. Practice includes a full body warm up, steady grounding postures and standing balances. Enjoy an un-rushed pace with calm and intentional cuing. Expect a few longer holds and space to feel, slow down and turn in. Just breath, awareness and feeling.

This practice is ideal if you're feeling scattered, anxious or simply in need of a reset. With an emphasis on mindful breath led movement and moments of stillness, you’ll be guided to ground your energy, calm your mind and deepen your awareness.

Optional props: A yoga block or folded blanket for extra support.
