Maximum Efficiency Through Smart Automation: DMX U Series and PH Cell Twin

The DMX 60 U and DMX 80 U sets a new benchmark in 5-axis manufacturing technology, so called “3+2”. It combines the best features of its predecessors with pioneering innovations that meet the increasing requirements in manufacturing.

Now integrated with the PH Cell Twin system, it offers smart automation by connecting two machines through a single pallet handling unit. This compact solution accommodates up to 30 pallets within just 12.9 m², thanks to its double-row pallet storage on each level. It supports workpieces with dimensions up to 500 × 500 × 450 mm and a transfer weight of up to 300 kg, including the pallet. The automation system allows for easy retrofitting of a second machine and features a separate set-up station that enables ergonomic pallet preparation in parallel with production time. Installation is quick and straightforward due to a defined interface and modular concept, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
