[E11] - Back home in our marina, ready to get S/V Eden up on the hard! It's a bit nervous since it's the first time we do it ourselves. There are many things that can go wrong when taking the mast down, and also when hauling the boat out of the water. We experience quite a bit of drama this time as we are heading into project season.
To use our red trailer, we had to take the mast down.
But as the trailer remained unused, we never had to take the mast down.
So if we just would have used a cradle from the beginning, this whole project would have taken us 2 hours instead of 2 weekends...
Every day is one day closer to casting the lines. In summer of 2025 we will leave Sweden to go sailing with the family for an entire year, on board our Sun Odysse 42.2 named S/V Eden.
