Sit back relax and enjoy the sounds of camping, the peaceful flowing river and the crackling campfire.
This trip we head to Mindoo, a picturesque farm camp on the banks of the Cataract River in the Northern New South Wales highlands.
We enjoy a tasty charcuterie board paired with a refreshing gin and tonic by the fire before cooking up a Korean specialty Bulgogi Beef for dinner.
