Named after its generous donor, Thomas Phillips (1840), the Square was once the bustling center of the city's first stores, creating a timeless connection to its vibrant past.

Today, you can still experience its historic allure:
🎄 The iconic Birks jewellery store, a glittering treasure since 1864, sparkles in a magnificent heritage building, offering perfect gifts for the season.

🎁 The Bay department store, originally the Hudson's Bay Company, is steeped in legacy-once a fur trading hub for trappers, now a destination for all your holiday shopping needs.

The Ring :
A shimmering portal to over 200 years of history, The Ring creates a breathtaking connection through downtown Montréal's most iconic landmarks. From the elegant Queen Elizabeth Hotel and Esplanade PVM to the historic McGill University, the former Royal Victoria Hospital, and the majestic Mount Royal, this awe-inspiring installation weaves the past and present into a glowing holiday tapestry.

Designed by award-winning landscape architects Claude Cormier + Associés, The Ring is more than a landmark-it's a celebration of the city's heritage, especially dazzling during the festive season.

Niché au cœur du centre-ville, ce petit parc abrite un monument majestueux dédié à Édouard VII, entouré d'une riche histoire qui brille aussi fort que les lumières de Noël. Nommée en l'honneur de son généreux donateur, Thomas Phillips (1840), la place était autrefois le centre animé des premiers magasins de la ville, créant un lien intemporel avec son passé vibrant.

Aujourd'hui, vous pouvez encore ressentir son charme historique :
🎄 L'emblématique bijouterie Birks, trésor scintillant depuis 1864, scintille dans un magnifique édifice patrimonial, offrant des cadeaux parfaits pour la saison.

🎁 Le grand magasin La Baie, à l'origine la Compagnie de la Baie d'Hudson, est imprégné d'héritage : autrefois une plaque tournante du commerce des fourrures pour les trappeurs, aujourd'hui une destination pour tous vos besoins de magasinage des Fêtes.
