I tackle the Toccoa River Tailwaters again. I only had a couple hours to fish and was able to catch a couple on a dry but nothing crazy this time. I am on a mission to catch a 20 inch brown trout in north Georgia. The dangerous Tailwaters could rise at any minute but they hold huge trout.
